A unique street food event that combines top-notch gastronomic offerings, attractive ambient decor, and rich program content is returning to Pula’s Hidrobaza. From July 26th until mid-August, the entire area will be transformed into a true oasis of relaxation with a plethora of exciting activities.
This urban festival offers visitors a blend of gourmet cuisine, musical performances, and festival scenography. The food truck festival is unique for its “on wheels” food service, meaning food trucks, each with its specific culinary offerings, all sharing the common trait of using exclusively fresh ingredients. Master chefs and pastry experts across five locations will ensure that everyone enjoys their signature gourmet specialties, while refreshing drinks prepared according to original recipes will be an inevitable addition to combat the summer heat.
This summer at Pula’s Hidrobaza, Picnic Mingle&Fun from Zadar will be making a guest appearance, temporarily relocating to Pula to prepare irresistible street food dishes for all gourmets. The Meat&Eat truck will present its meat menu to visitors, while Capra Istrian Street Food will bring a touch of tradition presented in a modern way. Sweet House Di Mare will offer countless variations of waffles and pancakes, while Pri Suncu by Nina Šarić will provide perfect refreshment from the summer heat with craft ice creams! The Thomas Henry truck will serve drinks based on renowned Thomas Henry tonic and Hendrick’s gin brands, known for their top quality and unique aromas.
The Food Truck Festival will host various performers on stage, from live music to DJ sessions, and there will be an attractive Kids Corner at Hidrobaza, making the summer days filled with play and fun. Pula’s seaside oasis will be transformed into a vibrant picnic zone, illuminated with ambient lighting and decorated with decorative elements that will create a true festival atmosphere!
