This autumn, Pula will once again celebrate St. Martin’s Day, the feast of young wine and fine drops, with a rich selection of Istrian winemakers, local gastronomic specialities and a music programme. Martinje in Pula will take place from 12 to 14 November 2026 at Giardini, every day from 6 pm to midnight.
Over three evenings, visitors will have the opportunity to taste wines from numerous local winemakers and wineries from southern Istria: Vina Benazić, Dobran Wines, Siljan, Vina Šegota, Memento Moris, Teraboto, Kalavojna, Vina Marčeta, Diković Winery and Medea Vinarija.
Alongside the extensive wine offer, there will be no shortage of culinary delights. Konoba Danijela from Betiga will provide flavours that pair perfectly with wine, while Nadine fritule will take care of the sweet side of the menu.
Each evening, the music programme will add a special atmosphere. On Thursday, 12 November, DJ Sosa will set the mood, on Friday, 13 November, DJ Davor takes over, while Saturday, 14 November, is reserved for DJ Leon.
St. Martin’s Day traditionally marks the time when must turns into young wine, and over three November evenings, Pula’s Giardini will become a meeting place for winemakers, wine lovers, good food and music.
Come to Giardini, raise a glass to the young wine and enjoy three evenings dedicated to Istrian wines, local flavours and a great atmosphere in the heart of Pula.
